Caught by Nigerian authorities working without paying the prepaid taxes to be paid.
He was ordered to halt the construction unless he pay $11,000. Had not enough money, asked me to help him, pay me back as soon as project is completed which would have been within 2 months. He would collect 1 million dollars. I sent him $4,000 ( copy of western union attached ) because that was all that I had. Then more followed like ran out of capital to buy more materials, money for feeding/food, salary for workers. All monies sent to him were placed under friends' names because he's not a Nigerian citizen, not allowed to receive. I sent a total of $6,500. I stopped communication as he didn't know how to take NO for an answer. Last time he left me message, he was back in Kentucky, then Maryland but his phone number showed a Nigerian.
