This person has contacted me through Match. He text me his number and I text him back only to find out he's a scammer.

He added me on Instagram and told me that he is peacekeeper mission in Syria as a soldier and he can't access his bank account and he asked me to login and made transfer to my own account so I can transfer to her mum maid, I paid 3k for IMF code,but his bank asking me for more paying like 21k ,but I don't have so much. ,but for 2 weeks ago his bank website gone so I can't open his account bank, when I told him, he said when he came to get me so we will go together to USA and he can open the bank again, but I felt something wrong because he promised me to come to get me but until now he doesn't show up, I report a male not female.
