I met this guy and we started talking, he was saying all the right things that made me fell in in love with him. He said that he was on his way to my country and that I must meet up with him. This was going on for a while and we talked every day. All of a sudden his ship was under attach, and he had to send his money and papers to me, using a courier company Espada Logistics and sea rescue. The so called company phoned me demanding that I have to pay US$2 220.00 for delivery charges. I found the company aforementioned and asked them if they knew anything. They immediately replied back that it was a hox.

Romance scam letter(s) from Bernard Hill to Erika (South Africa)
Dear Madam,

Please be informed that your shipment has just arrived from the Atlantic Ocean to South Africa. Following the instruction, we have been advised to deliver this shipment to you within 24 hours of arrival , and since we do not want to deliver your shipment to the wrong person, you are therefore urgently advice to forward to this office scan copy of any of the following documents for proof of identification. International passport, Working I.D card or utility bill.

Please note that before two of our delivery officers proceed to you for the delivery of your shipment, you are to pay the sum of US$2,220.00 ( conversion 20,900 ZAR) for VAT and local bills and delivery charges which was not paid earlier due to calculation and situation on the sea.
