This was a textbook sucker job and I was the sucker.
He was a bit crafty in taking more than a month of daily correspondence of light conversation. Once I thought he was sincere, he started talking about coming to visit. Then the step-by-step process began.
First visa money, then air plane tickets, then spending money to show customs. 10 days before the trip was to take place, His mom had a heart attack and needed by-pass surgery. two days after the surgery, his mom died and I never heard another word.
After the first month he changed e-mail addresses from rambler to googlemail. I was suspicious than and tried to back out, but got suckered back in.
This guy was good, very good.
I sent about $5,000, but the greater hurt was getting my heart ripped out.

I did pretty good and stay late last night making it. Our boss having a birthday luncheon at work today and I brought that for our lunch and other co-workers gave something too. We called it "lapsha " here. Of course, birthday cake and ice cream right after. Oh man, I was really "stuff" and can't even moved at my desk and thinking about you while I am eating the ice cream. Yummy, just like you.....

Everything change since I met you. I am more happy at home and work.
