Report N1 (added on January, 30, 2020)

Dave James contacted me on Facebook messenger and right off ask me to get Hangouts so we could chat and I did. He said he lived in Houston Texas but was currently residing in London and working under contract on an offshore rig but going back to his apartment at night. He said he had been raised by an aunt when his parents died. He also said his wife had died and later his aunt died and he was alone in the world. He d idn't ask for anything at first and we just chatted. I got suspicious and stopped talking to him after two weeks in October 2019. We didn't chat in November and part of December 2019 . Then later in December 2019 He emailed saying he was worried about me and would I contact him. I did and we have been chatting since then. In January 2020 he asked me to receive a package from his Security company containing his credit cards jewelry important papers and a large sum of money. He didn't say how much money. By this time he said he was in Kabul Afghanistan working for the U.S. Army. I refused to accept the package or give him my address. He then said he had know one to send it to and he was leaving Afghanistan the second week of February and would come see me. Because of a former experience with a scammer I suspected him and still refused. Then he said there would be a $1500.00 delivery charge and could I pay that. I said I didn't have the money and told him about being scammed at the end of the year and owed a great deal of money on credit cards and could not afford that. He just recently in January 2020 asked for a Google play card of 200 and I told him I couldn't do that either. Then he started talking about receiving the package again. I never sent him any money and won't but he is obviously a scammer. I have 2 emails from him but deleted all the chats on Hangouts.
