Report N1 (added on September, 25, 2019)

I met Spencer Quayle from London via the Tinder. app. We communicated via Tinder, then personal email, regular phone, video Skype for 2 seconds (he said it wouldn't work, although I saw him for 2 seconds and then disconnected), and WhatsApp calls. He says he is 58 and retiring to Denver and doing one last work deal in Iran and then will be coming to the U.S. He encountered problems with his equipment once in Iran and the contract with the steel company who was buying his work stated he must show them how is research works or the contract will be void. With broken equipment he could not fulfill his obligation and needed to replace his faulty equipment totaling $64,000 USD and was short $7000. I went to the bank to wire him the money and the banker cautioned me that it sounds like a scam. I did not end up going through with it thanks to an observant banker. I then emailed Spencer and told him I got spooked based on what the banker told me and asked if he would send me a copy of his passport and his address and a copy of his drivers license. He sent me a copy of his passport and I research U.K. passports and there were many errors that confirmed he was scamming me. I almost fell for it.

This scammers asked for my address and I gave it to him and he actually sent me flowers. He called me long distance from country code +44 England.

His background story. His mother was American, his father was British. He never knew his father and search for him with out finding him. His mother died when he was 3 and he was put into the foster system in England. He worked hard and got into good schools and became a freelance Metallurgical Researcher with RG Stones Corp. He has a website: RGStonesCorp.com and he is the founder with his picture under the Management tab. Spencer is very educated. He writes and speaks very well. Proper writing skills. Based on seeing him for 2 seconds on Skype, I would guess he is in his 30's. He is Caucasian. He has a small gap between his 2 front teeth. He wore glasses and toasted me with his cup of coffee up to cover his face during that 2 seconds on Skype. He said the reason Skype wasn't working was probably because Iran government probably doesn't allow that communication. Spencer is very charming. After reviewing his passport and doing my own online research. I stopped responding. He emailed me once asking if I am OK. No further communication between us.
