I met Joseph Allen Gates on SeniorPeopleMeet. He had all these gorgeous photos of himself posted on his site and looked like a professional model. He said that he was very interested in me and soon after we exchanged a few emails he took his ad down. He told me how he was from Seattle he was 1/4th Mexican American and 3/4 European and worked as an oil rig engineer for NLG Oil And Gas LTD. and was coming here with his 12 year old daughter who was in boarding school in the UK. He kept saying I should be there by this coming weekend and I kept preparing for his arrival. Than things start happening he tells me he was given a check of $750,000 but, he was in a poor country and could not cash it and was on his way to buy his airline ticket when he got robbed by men with guns and knives. He wanted me to send $1000.00 right away to cover his airline ticket and got very angry when I told him that I had no way to come up with that kind of money and that I am just a starving artist. He continued to beg for money so I took a job painting someones house and made enough to send him $600.00 after he told me that he sold a very expensive watch for $600.00. The 600.00 was not enough he begged for another hundred so I came up with $125.00 only to get an urgent phone call saying he needed another hundred dollars. I stopped it right there and hope that I can recover at least half of what I sent him. He is still whining and saying stuff like that he will probably die there now. I think if he did recieve a large check of $750,000 It will expire soon. Please contact me if you can help me and if I can provide you with more information. When I spoke to Joseph Gates on the phone he did not sound american and at one point when I returned a call to him someone else answered his phone and they sounded the same. African.
