Report N1 (added on February, 11, 2019)

This account began with an avatar of General John F. Campbell and a photograph of his retirement from the U.S. Army for his header. I thought for a long time that it was a genuine account, but General Campbell made a statement on Captain James Van Thach's Facebook account that he has no social media accounts at all. (That includes Twitter.) I created a meme proving that General Campbell does not have a social media account of any kind and pinned it to my timeline. When the scammer, who checks my timeline regularly, saw the meme, he removed General Campbell's picture and retirement photograph and replaced the avatar with a photo of Gen. Austin Scott Miller. He kept the username @campbelljohnfr1, however. How can a person with one @username be two different people? Why would an honest man display a picture of General Austin Scott Miller and give him another name? Why else would he block me unless he is a scammer?!
