He sent me flowers and then asked me to send him money 2 weeks later. In his first ad when him and I started chatting he said he was from NC and now this one said from VA.

I'm not started yet babes as I'm still looking on completing the funds babes my pastor was only able to give loan me 20,000usd and i need to come up with the remaining 7k before the customs director can grant me full clearance of the equipments to commence the cleanup.
That was the text from him babes as he said their head office in MI controls all money transactions so I should make payment there and come to his office.
