He just asked to be added to my contacts. I asked him did he get my skype ID? He couldn't answer me. I asked him if he could show himself on cam, he doesn't have a camera. I asked to send me a valid ID, he couldn't. I told him I will report him, he did not reply.
When I checked my settings on skype, I forgot to set my ID name to private, maybe that's the reason why he was able to send an add friend request.
