Contact on Datehookup, there was no picture with the profile. This is the forth time I have been contact by a scammer. This one called me and had a very bad accent and could not understand him, there sounded like someone was in the back ground interperting for the caller. The mails he sent I have heard the same lines before. It is a shame a single woman can't get on a date site without some scammer there to try to contact them. The caller stated he job was in gold bullions and was a widow. He was born in Italy adn moved to the UK. Said he has been in Florida for 23 years. No family only his son Carl whom is 21 and living in the UK.

Report N7 (added on February, 20, 2015)

I first met him through his niece who is on Lovoo. She introduced me to him and we began texting and he said his name was Soloman and he was working out of the country. Then a couple days ago I see the same picture he had sent me as Soloman, on my visitor page and so I messaged him telling him that I was in contact with a man that had the same photo but I have not received a message back from him.

Report N11 (added on September, 13, 2016)

This scammer got my name off of a dating site then google my name and got my personal email address. He then email me this is how he contacted me and not though the dating site which was called Oldtime.
He started telling me what he wanted in a relationship and that it looked like from my profile that I was looking for the same thing. So a few emails later he started tell me he wanted to be with me for ever and that I was a Godly woman. Started sweet talking to me telling me he love me and he wanted to meet with me to and cuddle.
He claims he has a 10 year old daughter name Lucy which travels with him all the time and she is home school. He sent me a photo of her and him which I have seen on another scammers site.
He claims he lost his wife, mother, dad and brother to cancer and he has no family and he wants to start a new family with me. then later he said his brother died something to do with a car.
He has tried to meet me twice but comes up with a excuse. Like one time he had to fly from Rochester NY which he claims he has a home there but only to find out the home belongs to someone else which is selling it. He had to fly to Milton Iowa to a conference meet on a contract he was awarded. I took of the day he said he was coming and lost my job because I did not show up. He claimed he felt bad about it and he will make it up to me and take care of me. Then the last time he claim he could not come because he had to travel to Isreal to check the land he is supposed to build on to summit permits and check to see if the land is fertile.
Once he got there he emailed me and claim he lost one of his bags which had his labtop in and he could not do his paper work. So he asked me if I would go and buy him one and he would pay me back once he got back to USA. So I told him I would go to the store and pick out one and I will hand the cashier my phone so he can give them his credit card number. Well then he claims his credit card was maxed out and he could not get money of his bank card because there was not banks.
At this time I informed him I did not have the money and if I have not meet him I was not putting out my money because I can't count on him meeting me because he has cancel twice. He was very upset so he got a little nasty and demanding with me.
He tried to make me think he was on the up and up and he was real before he ask me to buy him a labtop he had flowers sent to me and a box of candy. He goes to dating website and into peoples profiles and gets their names then googles them and uses email to stay off the dating site then he gets you to do hang out.
When I ask him for his address to send the labtop he would not give me the address of the place he was staying in only wanted me to send it to a address which is in Iowa and the person name was Mary Dunleavey. I asked him what type of business has a address like that and he said it was a resident and this person would send it to him in Isreal so I said why not get that person to buy it.

Report N13 (added on November, 15, 2017)

On July 27 this year, I received a letter from a person who saw my profile on LinkdIn. He wrote that he could not establish contact there, but he wants to communicate with me, a lot of common words about love, care. Then the correspondence continued in Skype and there were calls on the mobile phone. Oddities were many times, but each time he asked for forgiveness for mistakes and again many impersonal words about eternal love. So for example, after some time of communication in Skype, my e-mail was asked, although the communication began with him. I also repeatedly requested the phone number, although I already received it. In one of the correspondence, he wrote that he had divorced his wife, although in one of the first letters he wrote that he had never been married. I wrote about my teenager''s daughter. Even the video is sent, where she also is. He wrote that he had a house in Los Angeles, he wanted to buy a house in London. But then I asked if I wanted to live with him in South Africa, I would like it there, and he does not want to go home. First he wrote that he worked in a construction firm and he was asked to go to work in South Africa, this job is trusted only to him. After finishing work there he wanted to see me, come to me, asked me to make a plan for this. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I''ve encountered scammers, but this time the conversation dragged on. Intuitively, I felt that he was a fraudster and yesterday on Google pictures checked his first sent photos and, exactly, his photos in the database of scammers. I immediately blocked it in Skype and in the mobile. It must be stopped. Lovely ladies, do not believe in beautiful soulless words!

Report N14 (added on March, 23, 2018)

He matched with me on Tinder on February 7, 2018. Said he was a private military contractor working in Syria. Had been there for 3 years with one more year until retirement. Was looking for someone to spend the rest of his life with. Said he was a widower for 8 years. Within a few days of conversing he asked me to add What'sApp to my phone so we could communicate better which involved, of course, giving him my phone number. Within a few weeks he stated that he had fallen in love with me and we communicated pretty much daily with him even calling me a few times. On March 15th he said he was coming home to see me, that he had applied for emergency leave and it was granted but that he needed me to wire $3700 to cover his military flight home because he couldn't fly on a commercial airline as he might be kidnapped because of all the military secrets he knew and so on and on. I told him I didn't have that kind of money and that my credit account had been frozen because someone had tried to hack my account. He accused me of lying. We got into a huge argument. I have now blocked him.
