Report N1 (added on December, 21, 2012)

This guy, Nicole, sent me a message on Zoosk interested in communicating with me. He told me I was so beautiful and wanted me to email him. So I sent him an email and it started from there. He told me he was a Global Independent Engineering Contractor who works all of the world and had been to 22 countries. He is on his last project and plans to retire working from his home office. He is looking for a woman to be his wife and settle down with and enjoy the fruits of his labor. He sent love letters and love songs to reel me in. Then he ran into problems and needed money. Again and again, always promising to pay me back and reward me for my help. Now he is in Nigeria and wants money to fly over here. Like a fool, I sent money only for him to say that there were fees to pay and needed more in order to leave. It's just another excuse. I have decided that I am out way too much, thousands and done with it. I feel like such a fool. He is very charming and persuasive.

Report N2 (added on April, 2, 2013)

This man is trying to con my mom since beginning of March 2013. I have access to her emails (she has given me her password) and I've been reading their conversations. She doesn't know yet he is a scammer because he hasn't asked for money yet and she refuses to stop this nonsensical, surreal relationship despite of what I have advised.

I started to suspect this was a scammer when he seemed head over heels for a woman that can barely read/ write in english (my mom), there were lots of holes in his story and I had a feeling this guys was trouble big time. Not to mention that my mom has been a widow for one year and a half after a 33 years of marriage, so she is THE perfect victim, because she's feeling vulnerable and lonely.

The emails this guy (he presents himself as Steven Wilson) is sending her is EXACTLY like the ones he sent to Rhonda (USA) - the report I found on him using the photo he uses on Zoosk. I search the originating IP of his first message (when he was supposedly in the US still) and it turned out it was sent from South Africa.... Typical story: he needs to travel to Pretoria on a work trip, he looses his phone, changes numbers....
