He said that he is working in Dubai working as a Trubine Engineer. He is a smooth talker and he preys on people that he thinks are loney. He then proceeds to tell you that he is a widower and that he has a 16 year old son who's grandmother is taken care of him in Australia. Then he first tells you that he had a problem with an accident on the site that one of his employee's died. He needs to go to France and take care of business and pay the family the persons insurance claim (Death Benefits) that he lost his pocket palm (cell phone) and wants you to replace it for him. That he also needs your finical help to get papers from the insurance company in the states. He request you to send the money Western union to a Vera Tribble located in Dayton, Ohio. Then when you do this he tells you that he needs money to help with his airfare back to the states. He requests you to send the money Western Union to a Shirlene Pregent in Newport News, Virginia. After you do that he tells you that he is stuck at the airport because they needs a Basic Travel Allowance( BTA ) in order for him to board the plane. When you refuse to do this he has one of his partners in Canada to mail you a check for $9158.00 expecting you to deposit into your account take out what he owes to you and send the rest of the fraudulant money to him. Or one of his partners in this scam. You are now left trying to come up with the money to be replaced in your accout because the check is FRAUD.
