I have been corresponding with David since dec 29, 2916. Multiple emails texts and phone calls. He claims he is an engineer in cypress turkey and needed money to get home to ny. I sent him iTunes cards. I sent him $1200.00 by moneygram on march 3 and he then said he could not get home. We talk every day for hours. He said he needed money to clear building supplies from customs and then he would be home. Money gram questioned me when I tried to send money 2 weeks ago so he told he to go to western union. I sent $1400.00. The next morning he called me to say he couldn't get the money to go find out why. I did and was questioned and told that there was a lira of romance scams in turkey. Men pretending to be engineers. They refunded my money. David was so mad. He wants me to transfer the money to an account in ny that he says is a friends account who is a customs worker in turkey and he will be able to get it. I won't do it. Heartbroken! He also says he has a son named Jerry who attends Trinity private boarding school in NY and a sister named Sarah in Germany.
