Am here to ask for leave for lieutenant James Santiago(OF-8) currently in Nigeria on deployment, He really need to be home as of the death of his uncle and his daughter been away with a guardian who he bearly know am sure his daughter will really need him home just to feel the fatherly love as she lost her mother too so am sincerely asking for this leave on his behalf I will so grateful if my wish is granted hoping to hear from you soon.
