I met this guy on OK cupid. After a few days, we corresponded by email only - he claimed he was out of the country. After about 4 weeks, I wired $700 to some 3rd party (elaborate story of a widow etc.). A week later he asked me for $15,500 - I say absolutely not and he promptly disappeared! I guess I was lucky!
