I think he is a scammer he has ask me for money for daughter Bianca Franks email (biancafrank73@yahoo.com). He is supposed to be a Gem dealer in Birmingham Alabama. He said his daughter was in collage in Texas but he wanted me to western union money to her for school because he was out of the country buying Gems. Then he wanted me to send him money because he did not have enough money to pay customs to ship the Gems to Birmingham Alabama. I did not send him any money because I was confused to why he would need money if he was a gem dealer. I quite talking to him because he got angry because I would not send him money. but I got and email from his daughter a few weeks ago saying he had been killed in and auto accident and she needed money for collage. I did not answer her email because I do not believe her.
