Danny Leonard Cox is believed to be the same individual as Godwin Palmer. He has an identical phone number and has sent an email letter that is identical to letter 1. Furthermore he appears to be associated with Emmanuel Shadow who is of dubious origin supposedly a diplomat of some type.
