I met Matt thru Match. He initiated the contact and it lasted until mid March. 2016. According to his story, He won a contract for Importation of crude oil with Shell (100,000 barrels) for the amount of 4,900,000.00 in Capetown, South Africa. Once he got there he said he needed money to pay for a license that he was not aware that he needed. He said his daughter Sherry sent him 2,0000 to help out and he asked me if I can also help. I thought he was an honest man and decided to help as well. All the money was wired transfer to South Africa. Then was the story that while the barrels of crude oil were in the process to be ship out, 3,000 barrels of oil were spilled in the ocean and he got a big fine to pay. He begged me to helped him out and promised he will pay me back the full amount of money that I send him to resolved his issues. I wire transfer another 75,000 and later 50,000 and the last amount was 10,000. I contacted his daughter Sherry thru IM and she finally replied and told me that he had suffer a heart attack and that was the last I heard from him.
