Claims to be an Engineer in charge of a crew of men on an oil rig in the North Sea. Claims to have a daughter in school in United Arab nation, as he is a widower in search of a mate. At the last minute there was a crew member that moved a pipe in the wrong direction causing it to go into the bit housing destroying the bit to a cost of $275,000. He could cover all but $15,000, then came up with $5,000 on his own needing just $10,000. When I couldn't help him, he kept coming down as time passed to a final of just $5,000 so he could come home to me, get married then together go and get his daughter and bring her back to the US.
