Quite an elaborate plot of gaining a multi million dollar contract. Professes to be fuel buyer and distributer from Dubai to Scotland, has a profile on both Facebook and tinder, encourages email and phone number exchange. Goes to great lengths to build trust sending photos etc. finally asks for money.
