Frank Dickson was on U. S single military site. He contacted me by email on regular basic. His emails are long and similar to others that I have received. He has not asked me to go on any message sites to speak but it all been by email so far. He says his wife has died and got a 14 year old boy. Sends pomes to me and long details about what he likes and wants in a relationship. I have looked through profiles and pitches to see if he on your site but cannot find the information. I believe he may be a scammer.
