Claimed to be an Italian living in Texas US with a Civil Engineer self employment. Got awarded for a project in Dubai for a road construction. Flew to Dubai and few days later claimed that his credit card failed to work. He had to pay his workers and needed 1000 Euros for that. Promised to payback but just disappeared.
