Hello Katryn, I got back from the church some hours ago. I hope you are having a pleasant day today. Thank you so much for mailing me, telling me more about you. I live in Camps Bay Cape Town. I want you to know, I treat people the way I want to be treated and I don't want games or drama at this age of my life, I also like swimming, golf and I move my body to any kind of good music when I hear it. I love cooking, I am sure we will make something nice together someday. I have been to Dubai before for an Engineering summit and around Europe for contracts jobs. You are kind of a straight forward person, I like that. I have been hurt badly before by my ex I want us to invest our time and energy into this to make it work for us because my instincts tells me something good good is coming my way this new year. I am the only child of my parents, My mother is from Jamaica while my dad is from SA....I don't speak Jamaica though....lol, My father has worked a variety of jobs, But he ended up in construction before he died when I was 3years old. I decided to take after my father in construction but in a different style and manner(Civil/Construction/Building Engineering), My mum was working as a medical bullier for the government, she bills claims and medical stuffs, she died when I was 24 years of age, I spent most time with my mum. when my dad died, we went back to Jamaica and later returned here to SA when I was 10 years old, most times we travel down to Jamaica for Holidays while I was schooling in the states so I have a little bit of the Jamaica accent... don't mind my accent anyway. When my mum died, there was nobody to talk to as we were very close, she was so protective and always keeps me to herself, it was very difficult for me and then I met Patience's mother my ex, we got engaged but everything changed after the pregnancy of my daughter. I was so happy about it because I love children and she was also happy but due to her lifestyle she could not commit her self to me alone, she felt she would be a bad mother and decided to break up with me. All effort to convince her to stay failed and that really teared me apart, she died on the 7Th of January last year in a fatal accident with her boyfriend, they had drinking problems and she couldn't stop, Myself and Patience was dumbfounded and confused but Patience did handled it well because her mum was never there for her, most times she would only come to see Patience twice in 6 months. Some day I hope to help people make healthier, more loving decisions with their lives. Perhaps as a kind of counselor. In the mean time, I’m happy with what I am doing because I know that the work I do makes a difference, I love everything about construction, I love to create new things everyday. I don't get angry easily and if i do, I tried to control myself by leaving the scene and then go back to talk about it after we are all calmed. I love traveling, going on unknown adventures, and trying something I thought I never would. I take pride in my appearance, but am not high maintenance. I love a nice dinner out, but staying home, having Chinese food after a day spent working together on a completely dirty, yet fulfilling project, can be so much fun with the right person.
