Scam Email(s) from Charles Presten to Annie (USA)

Good day to you

We are officially directed to inform you that a stop order has been placed on parcel number 7Q420YAB scheduled for delivery to: Annie Margaret Law of 837 Rolling Acres Road Hope Hull, Alabama 36043 (United States of America) Transiting through United Kingdom by the HM Revenue and Customs.

Your shipment Arrived at Sort Facility LONDON-HEATHROW (United Kingdom) at 5:59 PM (GMT) on 24 August, 2017 and the officers of HM Revenue Detected the content of the shipment (consignment box) containing 1304.33 Oz of unmarked 21 carat gold bars with a market value of over ?1,309,945.55 GBP and Monetary base (United State Dollars Cash ) of $487,900 USD all amounting to a liquid cash of ?1,690,941.84 GBP (One Million, Six Hundred and Ninety Thousand, Nine Hundred and Forty One Great Britain Pounds, Eighty Four Pence). The shipment/consignment box was labelled as personal effects without any legal documentation or declaration of its content whatsoever and it has been labelled for further clearance.

The shipment/consignment hereby violates The The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds Regulations 2017 (SI 2017 No. 692) listed in the UK legislation and regulations. Furthermore, Commercial imports of Precious Metals, precious and semi-precious stones with such value about ?10,000 GBP arriving in the UK from outside the European Union (EU) are liable to import duties. A full insurance cover is also required before the parcel will be allowed to pass through the UK. Hence, the following is required for clearance of your shipment/consignment box:

The sender will be blacklisted and the receiver will be charged for Money Laundering, terrorist financing, irregular transfer of Funds and smuggling against the control through the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS).
