Hello My Dear Lovely sweetheart, it's always nice to read from you, am very happy i got the chance to write you messages, am very happy i could get connected to internet, it was not easy but i had to do it for your sake, my dear i feel happy to read from you, thanks for the love and the care, you are the best, i have all the strenght to work, you have to understand me if i dont write much because i just got here and i have to work allot, i will try to call you time to time to hear your voice because i feel stronger when i hear your voice, my dear i know there are allot of questions you want to ask and know, the work here is not easy, the refugees are responding well, we have placed them under numbers , we will start attending to them from tomorrow morning so we can know the problem they have, but today i have a sad situation that we needed to attend to urgently, there is a little boy that has a cardiac arrest in his heart, it can be caused by irregular flow of blood, the little boy is in a serious condition, as soon as we arrived the mother was very happy, she brought the boy to me and now i have placed the boy under intensive care, i will take care of that tomorrow, i just hope he will be save at the end of the treatment, according to the mother of this boy, she said the father of the boy was a gold business man, he died during the crisis time, it's such a sad story, she started begging me to help her save the little boy's life because that is her only son, she has a parkage that was kept by the father of the little boy, if i can save the little boy's life, she will give me the parkage as a gift, i asked her what the gift is and she said i should save her son's life, with tears in her eyes, i have assured her that i dont need any gift from her, but i will try my best to save this little boy's life, this is the situation here, i have to rest now, i will call you later before i sleep, but we are still here, i wait to read from you too, missing you so much and loving you more everyday my dear sweetheart.
