He was so cute and romantic even when we just write each other few letters. He told me that I looks like his ethernal love. He said he is from Melbourn, Florida but he is now working in a petroleum platform in Falklands islands(England). I wrote his name in Internet and some others Richard Bill appeared. But, When I wrote his e-mail: chardylove50@yahoo.com, the same man appearead in a scam data base (in Germany) and he said to antoher woman the same history to me but with a little differences. He said to me that he have living in Portugal when he was a boy with his mother. To the other woman he said that he lived in Poland with his mother. That was to me really curiosly and I began to suspect about him. I wrote a letter to Badoo and they suspended his account but the man wrote to me in my e-mail. Now I?m so scary and I nedd to know if Richard Bill is really and scam expert. Please help me!

Report: Enter Your Comments...I met Robert Fabrizzio on a dating site... he said he was from Italy and that he now lived in Illinois When he started talking to me we got on yahoo and his questions came quick and fast... and many at a time... my name.. my age my children where I worked... it was like he was talking to several people at one time... and when I would answer a question.. it would take him a while to answer back.. and when he did it was like he had many people.. and trying to talk to them.. and each had wait until he answered the other... and the questions were all that were one sided..he never offered information except for that his wife had passed away in a car accident... and I believe he stated his daughter had to at the same time... Something just felt NOT RIGHT... so when he told me he had to travel out of the country , , to Africa for a bridge building job... I told him that he was a liar and that I didnt not believe him... I never heard from him again... but a few weeks later I received several phone calls from Africa and it was not a number that I could return... I tried several times... when they would call I would not answer.. finally I did... and they told me they were from Africa... and that they believed that I had been a victim of internet fraud... and had a sizable amout of a compansation check for me... all they needed was some information... I had given Robert Fabrizzio my cell number... I believe that is where they got the number... He has a face book account... only two friends on there... I messaged both and asked them if they knew Robert Fabrizzio... they never returned the message.. but it was just after that that the phone call from Africa came... oh.. and the friends on facebook are from Africa... He recently e mailed me again... and must have forgotten our past history.. because he asked for a picture.. and he asked me again... my age... children occupation.. all at once... Report: I am a user of match.com and came upon a user that had similarities to me. I sent him an email on 12/15/12 and we began to correspond -through our "personal" email accounts. We exchanged cell phone numbers. Once we met online, his profile (choosing_012) was gone from match.com. The communication continued and got more romantically involved where he claimed he loved me, etc. He said he was born in Miami, USA but grew up in Rome, Italy. He claimed to be an oil rig contractor who was on a job in Seattle. He wrote that he was moving to Philadelphia by the end of the month (December). He gave me the address of 130 S. 18th Street, #1904, Philadelphia, PA as a home he had recently purchased. His project in Seattle was finishing up when he was awarded another project which he said was in Dubai (UAE). He claimed to have left Seattle for Dubai on 12/22/12. He contacted me while there via phone and email. He told me that his luggage was missing and he was depressed. I did not offer any solution. Daily there were long, intimate emails from him about his love for me and how we were going to spend our lives together. I began to feel suspicious about the whole thing. On 12/26, he sent me his itinerary for his trip from Dubai to Philadelphia. He requested that I pick him up at the airport but declined. Yesterday afternoon, 12/26, he called me and with a very bad reception was telling me how sad he was and something about $40,000 - $50,000. Unfortunately, the call got dropped. When he called back, I did not answer. I now knew the scam was about to turn finanical. I sent him an email last night explaining that i wasn't comortable with our relationship any longer and sort of outlined the red flags that were concerning me. He answered that email today and explained that he only wanted to borrow $2,500. Clearly I will not answer this email. I did a lot of checking and cannot locate him by name.I have tracked his phone numbers (the one above and the following number he told me was for texting only: 206-451-5552.) I received a call at my office today from a CA number, 323-588-3035, which I answered and no one responded. I looked up the number and it is for VILLANUEVA INVESTIGATIONS 2609 OLIVE STREET 90255 HUNTINGTON PARK, CA Phone: 001 (323) 588-3035 I am concerned about my safety and my identity at this point. His age from the military pen pals to facebook do not add up nor does his son from messages he ages from 8-13 and for his age it ranges from 44-47. After re-reading his text messages from yahoo.com I can now tell English is not his first language. I initiated contact with him thought he sounded like a really nice guy. I was in correspondence for over 3 months and every now and then he sends me an e-mail for some reason blocking it on hotmail still does not block telling me he loves and misses me. He suddenly had to go out of country to Nigeria for 6 weeks for his company and once there his credit cards will not work as they do not accept credit cards in Nigeria which after research is true, but suddenly John got very sick so I sent 300.00 then they had not paid him and they were starving and John was still so sick so I sent another 100.00 at this point I am starting to get suspicious and started referring him to local charities or churches or even the US embassy for assistance since John is so sick. When he started to demand money I told him I was not going to send anymore he turned violent and that is when I broke off the conversations with him and reported him to another scammer site. I sent the money through western Union - he kept asking for my bank account number which I won't even give to my family let alone a man I have never met he wanted my credit card numbers or for me to get a line of credit from my home well I am not going to do that or give him my credit card number. I sent money twice through western union. After the 3rd time him requesting I told him I had no more money to give and he turned violent in his messaging calling me a liar and I was not a Christian and I was not caring. No I cared too much thinking a child was sick and hungry if I had taken the time and not acted on my emotions I would still have my money and my trust of others would not have been abused.

Said his son and wife were passed away and the way I knew he was a scammer is because my daughter down loaded his picture and found the picture is posted on Facebook by the legit owner of the picture. The rightful owner of the stolen pictures is Steve Ebert Walker I did not exchange any money or personal information but I did send him gifts which was suppose to be a care package for him and his daughter not knowing I was being scammed so between post and the actual gifts I spent close to $400.00.

Report: I meet Richard on Match.com on October 9, 2012. I lost my husband in September 2011 and Richard just knew what to say and how to say it to me. Well the first time he asked for money, it was because the project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he went to work on the bridge a sign was posted no work, due to taxes. I do have a copy of what he sent me. He said his friend was going to help him and with what he had he still was 10,000 short and asked for my support. Well I said NO and he made me feel so guilty that I ended up sending $5000 and then he wouldn't stop and I sent $5000more, am I crazy? YES! I know . well now he is trying to getme to send him more to purchase a ticket to get home, I told him I would use my credit card and get the ticket, but his excuse is that he doesn't want his client knowing that he isn't planning to come back to Malaysia. So we are still in an big argument about me sending him this money. Well after checking out his facebook I contacted one of the ladies on there and found out he is doing her the same way. At times, he typed as though he was English & other times, he typed as though he would probably speak in broken English. He started asking for money, for his daughter that was on a trip to Africa with her school. When I told him I couldn`t get any money he became very angry. I finally blocked him. Then it was found that there was another man on facebook that was believed to be the really true general. Now, at times, he speaks the same way. He is offering me money, only to get that money, I will still have to put some money down to get it.
