Jamaican scammers

Does any one have info on scammers who call from Kingsford, Jamaica and tell you that you have "won a lottery" ? I have had numerous calls from the same number and finally called back to see what they wanted. I told him forcefully that I had NOT won anything. Have any of you had this experience ? I have multiple attempted scams daily- from phone calls, emails, Facebook, etc...
