Have a military scammer that keeps in touch has had money from said pay back last year. Then few weeks ago said rephrase money from me so he could go in leave he has access to his account in the states? Yeah right at time refused point blank to help him. as I was broke as to financial reasons. PLEASE need him to pay back and be arrested for his scamming crime his name is Scott merlin
