If they know, believe me, they don't care anymore. It's the best thing they can do, since they are usually regional celebrities and this is their daily life, having their identity stolen by scammers. I believe at first they got really upset, but this is a constant source of suffering for these people. Unless you are actually scammed and reported the case to the police, giving the name of the real person the scammer used, I believe there is no need for them to know that ONCE AGAIN their image was used in scams. At some point it's traumatic to them, too..
